Questions

My trade is not on the list, can I still use Clay?

Yes. The list is the trades we have written a page for, not the trades the product works for. Clay builds from a Google Business listing, so anything with one gets a site: search your business and see, or look at real sites other businesses have made first.

Which page should I read if I do two things?

The one that names what people come to you FOR. A bakery with a few tables is a bakery; a restaurant that sells its own sauces is a restaurant. The features are all switchable afterwards, so nothing is decided by which page you started on.

Do the trade pages describe different products?

No, one product, one price. A trade page shows which bands a business like yours usually leads with, and which of them we can fill from your listing before you touch anything.

What does the city version of a page add?

The same trade page written for one town, with local context on it. It is there because that is how people search, a café in Amsterdam rather than a café in general. Where a trade has city versions, its own page lists them at the foot.

Is any of this a different price?
