Questions
Do I lose the blocks?
No, you can add, reorder and remove every band. You just do not start with an empty page.
Can I take payments?
Not on the page. The shop's basket adds the order up and sends it to you on WhatsApp or by email, and you take the money the way you do now. Nothing is charged here and nothing is deducted.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, a live site on your own name.clay.site with a small badge. Paid removes the badge and connects a domain you own.
Can I collect emails?
Yes. A sign-up block writes to a subscriber list you can read and export from your own dashboard.
What about the blocks I already built?
There is no importer. In practice most of what a Taplink page carries, hours, a map, links, a price list, is generated for you here from your Google listing, so there is less to move than you would expect.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes on a paid plan, and the free clay.site address keeps working afterwards so anything already printed still lands: how domains work.
Does it do bookings as well as forms?
