Can I list different models?
Yes, each with its own rate and its own count.
What about insurance and documents?
Put the terms on the page and in the confirmation email. Clay does not handle licence checks.
Does it work on a bad connection?
The page is server-rendered and the photographs are processed down, so it opens on very little — which is the situation most of your customers are in when they look you up.
Can people still message me instead?
Yes, and most will. Your WhatsApp sits next to the booking with the message pre-filled; the booking form is there to take the easy ones off your phone.
What if somebody does not turn up?
Take a deposit by card at the time of booking. It is optional and you can set it per model.
Can I ask for a copy of a licence before handing over a bike?
Not through the site — Clay does not collect or store documents. Put the requirement in the terms on the page and in the confirmation email, and check it at the counter.
Can I show the fleet with photographs?
Yes, one per model, processed and cropped on our side so the page still opens on a bad connection.
